Emerald Coast Psychic is a private consultation practice. The policy below reflects standard practice for professional services and is designed to be straightforward for clients.
Completed Sessions
Time, knowledge, preparation, and consultation services cannot be returned once provided. Because of the nature of professional consultation services, all completed sessions are final.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled at least twenty-four hours in advance can be rescheduled at no cost. Any deposit held against the appointment will be applied to the rescheduled session.
Rescheduling
Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment with at least twenty-four hours' notice. To reschedule, please call the practice directly at 850-814-4112.
Late Arrival
Out of respect for the day's schedule, sessions begin and conclude at their appointed times. A client arriving after the scheduled start time will receive the time remaining in the booked session. Where the schedule permits, Kate will offer additional time at her discretion.
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without notice are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund or credit. Clients are welcome to schedule a new session at any time.
Deposits & Pre-Payment
Where a deposit is requested to hold a session, it is applied toward the consultation. Deposits on cancellations made within the twenty-four-hour window are retained against the time reserved.
